Terms & Conditions rt5 — Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to rt5 — an online casino and Sports Betting platform built exclusively for Malaysians. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and rt5 ("we", "platform") when you register, access, or use any services, games, or features available through rt5.click and all associated subdomains.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply using any part of the rt5 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document. Rt5 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. To register and use rt5's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of account registration.
• Is legally eligible to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Is not currently on the self-exclusion list of any active responsible gambling programme.
• Register under your own identity — accounts registered on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• Has not previously had an rt5 account terminated due to a Terms violation.

Rt5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, passport) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination while verification is ongoing.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register one (1) rt5 account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of the Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name (as per your MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information at registration may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until identity verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the name on your rt5 account matches the name on the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals. Any name mismatch may result in delays or rejection of your withdrawal request.

Your rt5 account password is strictly confidential and entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. rt5 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Rt5 accepts deposits through the following approved Malaysian payment methods only:

The minimum deposit is RM5 and the maximum daily deposit is RM50,000 unless a different limit has been set for a specific VIP account. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as your rt5 account. rt5 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that does not comply with this requirement.

Funds are typically credited to your rt5 account within less than a minute of a successful payment. If funds have not been credited within 10 minutes, please contact rt5 support and include proof of payment (a screenshot of the transaction receipt).

Rt5 does not accept deposits from unauthorised sources, including funds obtained through illegal activities. If rt5 suspects that a deposit originates from a suspicious source, we reserve the right to freeze the account in question pending the outcome of an investigation.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in a name matching your rt5 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM100,000 for standard members and higher for VIP members based on their tier.

Withdrawals are typically processed within the following timeframes, depending on the method:

• Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow: 5 to 15 minutes
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks): 15 minutes to 2 hours (subject to bank operating hours)
• Major / Grand Jackpot: 1 to 24 hours (subject to additional security verification)

Prior to making your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an Identity Verification (KYC) process by uploading a copy of your MyKad or passport. This is a standard security measure to protect you and the integrity of the rt5 platform.

Rt5 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where suspicious transactions are detected, account-related complaints are received, or additional verification is required. In such cases, the rt5 support team will contact you within 24 hours to explain the next steps.

Rt5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and Malaysian festive promotions. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in the relevant promotion details.

General terms that apply to all rt5 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement (typically between 3x and 10x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type).
• Bonuses may only be used on games listed in the relevant promotion terms. Certain bonuses may not apply to all game categories.
• Rt5 reserves the right to void any bonuses and related winnings if abuse or misuse of the bonus system is detected.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus rollover requirement has not yet been met, the bonus in question will be cancelled and the bonus amount will be deducted from your withdrawal balance.

Rt5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion ends before you have completed the rollover requirement, any outstanding rollover balance will be forfeited, but your original deposited funds will not be affected.

All games offered at rt5 — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo, lottery, Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, e-sports, and progressive jackpots — are conducted in accordance with the individual game rules set by the respective game providers.

All rt5 games use independently audited random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including rt5 itself. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is as stated in the respective game information.

In the event of a technical fault or system disruption during gameplay, rt5 will use server records to determine a fair outcome. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rt5 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple account ownership — registering more than one account in your own name or on behalf of another person.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's information without their consent.
• Money laundering — using the rt5 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse — colluding with other members to exploit the bonus system, including placing opposing bets against each other to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk.
• Use of Automated Software — using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets automatically.
• Game Manipulation — any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities within the games.
• Third-Party Payments — making deposits or receiving withdrawals through an account or e-wallet not registered in the member's own name.
• Threatening or harassment — harassing, threatening, or abusing rt5 support staff.

Rt5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if there is:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member in question or their authorised representative.
• An order issued by a legal authority or regulatory body.

If your account is suspended or closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation (for example, at your own request), rt5 will refund your eligible account balance — after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements — within a reasonable timeframe.

The rt5 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". rt5 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continued availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. rt5 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of participating in games, whether those losses were foreseeable or not.

Under all circumstances, rt5's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim. rt5 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

Rt5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for security or legal reasons.

The "Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment to these Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which rt5 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rt5 platform or these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration procedures stipulated under rt5's operating licence. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
